  • 5/1:   Deadline for delegate lists to be delivered to the Secretary. 

  • Diocesan office sends notice for various written reports. 

  •   Deadline for written applications for modification of diocesan assessment. 

  •   Deadline for Treasurer to deliver the diocesan budget to Diocesan Council.

  •   Written reports due.  Nominations due.  Resolutions due. 

  •    Deadline for the Committee on Constitutions and Canons to preview proposed resolutions.

  •   Last day for deans to give written notice of pre-convention deanery meetings.

  •    Deadline for revisions of Resolutions initially submitted on 9/20. 

  •   Deadline for report of nominations to be sent to delegates.
