Annual Reports

The final status of parishes qualified for the $2,500 Lottery drawing as of 3/1/24 (11:59 p.m. EST). Green in all columns indicates qualified.


The four annual reports due from each parish are linked below with their due dates. As we began in 2023, Diocesan Council has again set aside $2,500 to be awarded to ONE congregation who has completed all four of these reports by their due dates. Shortly after March 2nd, qualifying congregations will be entered into a drawing to be awarded $2,500. Be sure to get your reports in on time. Any parish can be a winner!

New in 2024, and for this year only, is a form to request the disbursement of the $10,000 grant for EACH parish, as designated from the proceeds of the sale of St. Andrew’s by the Lake, Michigan City (and passed during our 2023 Diocesan Convention). As a reminder, this grant can be used for the faith community in any way deemed and voted on as appropriate by the vestry of that faith community. Disbursements will be sent in early March.

Due February 1, annually:

  • (1) EDNIN Parochial Report part 1 - to the Episcopal Diocese of Northern Indiana (EDNIN). Contains contact information for Wardens, Vestry Leadership, and Vestry for the current/upcoming year.

  • In 2024, there were several congregations that had to hold their annual meetings in February due to inclement weather. The actual date for completion in 2024 was temporarily set to February 12, 2024.

Due March 1, annually:

  • (2) DFMS Parochial Report (PR) to the Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society/The Episcopal Church (DFMS). Contains financial, attendance, and ministry information;

    • The forms and instructions can be found here: www.generalconvention.org/forms-and-instructions.

    • PLEASE determine WHO will be your primary Parochial Report entry person and have them coordinate the entry. Missioner Michelle can reset passwords and assist with most access issues.

    • Note for 2024: The General Convention Office is deploying an online parish service register that will eliminate a portion of the annual report to DFMS. More details can be found here: www.parishregister.episcopalchurch.org/

  • (3) Diocesan Convention Delegates form to the EDNIN. Registers the voting delegates for this year’s convention.

  • (4) EDNIN Parochial Report part 2 to the EDNIN. Contains contact information for clergy and other staff as well as salary and property information for the current/upcoming year
