  • 5/1 Deadline for delegate lists to be delivered to the Secretary. 

  • 8/11 Diocesan office sends notice for various written reports. 

  • 9/11 Deadline for Treasurer to deliver the diocesan budget to Diocesan Council.

  • 9/11 Written reports due.  Nominations due.  Resolutions due. 

  • 9/16 Deadline for written applications for modification of diocesan assessment. 

  • 9/18 Deadline for the Committee on Constitutions and Canons to preview proposed resolutions.

  • 9/21 Last day for deans to give written notice of pre-convention deanery meetings.

  • 9/25 Deadline for revisions of Resolutions initially submitted on 9/11. 

  • 10/5 Deadline for report of nominations to be sent to delegates.           

  • 10/12 Last day to hold pre-convention deanery meetings.
