Clergy Lenten Quiet Day (Option 2)

  • Diocese of Northern Indiana 117 North Lafayette Boulevard South Bend, IN 46601 United States (map)

A Lenten Quiet Day provides two hours of gracious space to pause, rest, and listen to the landscape of the soul. Pandemic has invited leaders to navigate in new terrain--a terrain of letting go, leaving things behind, loss and lament, as well as opening to new graces given. A Lenten Quiet Day invites one to hold space for listening for the soul. How is it with my soul? Where do I find myself in this new terrain? Rather than seeking answers, this retreat offers space to rest, to be, and to join with the prayer already going on deep within one's heart. Spiritual directors Julie Stegelmann and Missy Schroeder will facilitate a rhythm of experiential prayer, group spiritual practice, and space for quiet personal reflection.
