Hometown: Originally from Buffalo, NY, but I have been in Indiana since 1992.
Who does your immediate family consist of?: I have two adult sons. Since our family dog died last summer, I am looking to adopt a dog in the next few months.
In what ministries do you participate?: In the past, I have been the Director of Christian Formation, youth leader, LEM, and am involved in outreach ministries. In seminary, I was the chair of the mission’s committee, volunteered for the Diversity and Reconciliation committee, and was involved in Latinx ministries.
Who is your greatest inspiration?: Kitty Clarke. She taught me the importance of living simply by listening and being present to God in all things. God is reflected through us.
What is your favorite TV series?: I Love Lucy
What’s your most memorable experience?: Visiting then Catacombs of St. Callixtus outside Rome. Seeing the early Christian art and the small rooms that Christians worshipped in, gave me a sense of the people and worship of the early church.
What’s your favorite book?: All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doer.
What are your hobbies?: I love to ride my bike, walk, go to live theatre and to visit museums and churches with old Christian art and artifacts.
What are your favorite food?: My favorite food is spinach, spaghetti and meatballs, and rice and beans—not necessarily eaten together.
