Annual Reports

Annually, each parish is required to submit reports to the Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society/The Episcopal Church (DFMS) and to the Episcopal Diocese of Northern Indiana (EDNIN). Please complete the reports listed below and submit the information by March 1. Please contact the Rev.
